Our on-site Rehab, Dietary, Social Work, and Activities departments provide personalized and compassionate care to each guest. Lori Byrom, LNHA
Administrator
Lori began her career working for Laurel Health Care Company in 2001, as the director of marketing at The Laurels of Hillsboro. She then became the assistant facility administrator in 2004, and administrator in 2005. Lori subsequently transferred to The Laurels of Blanchester in 2010, joined The Laurels of Milford in 2019, and returned to The Laurels of Hillsboro in 2021.
Lori was born and raised in Highland County, where she graduated from Lynchburg-Clay High school. In 1995, Lori graduated from Chatfield College with an associate's degree in Business Management. She then received her bachelor's degree from Wilberforce University.
Michael Miller, RN
Director of Nursing
Michael is from Lynchburg, OH and has worked at Laurel Health Care Company for 7 years. He started as a floor nurse and has received multiple promotions. He is now the Director of Nursing at The Laurels of Hillsboro. Michael is not only a Registered Nurse but also has his Wound Care Certification. He attended Cincinnati State and Galen College of Nursing and has a passion for healing wounds. He decided to work at The Laurels of Hillsboro because of the family-like atmosphere and has brought his own loved ones to our facility to receive care. He enjoys spending time with his family and loves to play golf and softball.
